Late Arrival and No-Show Policy

I understand that my booking will be cancelled if I fail to arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, and I may need to rebook based on availability. Additionally, I forfeit my deposit.

Booking Confirmation and Deposit Requirement

I acknowledge that my booking is not confirmed until a deposit is paid and I receive confirmation from the technician. HALF of the service cost is due as your deposit.

Cancellation and Deposit Policy

I understand that I may cancel my booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In such cases, my deposit will be credited toward a future booking. However, no refunds will be issued for deposits or payments made.
